HELP!! i need info RELIABLE info?

okay so my girlfriend has a house in her name out in bellingham and im trying to get this new apartment but it doesnt accept co-signers so i need her to sign an application to help boost the credit score so i can get in. so technically she would be residing at two homes is this legal? or possible? can we accomplish this?
